Keeping a
marina running well is pretty high on Joshua Kerrigan’s task list. It is not
easy to keep a marina running smoothly and servicing all the yachts on a
regular basis, but Joshua Kerrigan and his company, Yacht Management, have it
all down to a science. Joshua Kerrigan’s company services all 250 of the boats
in their marinas during the winter boating season and manages over 100 of those
boats as well. With four different locations around South
Florida, Joshua Kerrigan and Yacht Management have their hands
full.
That’s a
great thing in Joshua Kerrigan’s mind. He is always keeping busy and happy to
have so many boats to service. After all, running marinas well is a big part of
what got Joshua Kerrigan into the business in the first place. As a matter of
fact, Joshua Kerrigan is looking at acquiring two new marinas for the 2014
season, which would bring the grand total to six different locations under his
control. Joshua Kerrigan says he is continually looking to expand his business
since his marinas are all at capacity, and he has to turn away potential
clients. He does not like to expand too quickly, but rather by slow degrees,
making sure that the company is ready and that he is able to keep the same
stellar quality of service by hiring the best of the best employees.
Keeping a
marina running well is all about having the best people on the job, and Joshua
Kerrigan is happy to report that his employees are the best around. The
employees of Yacht Management are its brand ambassadors, says Joshua Kerrigan,
so he personally ensures that they are the living embodiment of the class and
values that drive him and the company. The results over the years speak for
themselves.
