Joshua Kerrigan Has Essential Staff Members to Serve His Clientele



Whenever you own your own business or have a job that deals with helping people with a certain service, your number one priority should be having the necessary things in place to serve them to the best of your ability. Joshua Kerrigan’s Yacht Management Company has seen the need and importance of this first hand. Recently, Joshua Kerrigan has added 25 full-time staff members and has taken the steps to expand his office, all to better serve his clientele. 



Clientele is your company’s life source, especially in an industry such as yacht management. Without people, no one will have a yacht, and in return, you will not have a company. In order to see that this does not happen, you must suit the needs to your clients, making sure that you are properly organized and fully ready to take on the responsibility of their requests. Joshua Kerrigan saw the need for this in his company, and then took the opportunity to go ahead and make the decision to hire for full-time staff members. Once your clientele realizes and experiences the service that you offer them is above and beyond what is required, you will have returning customers and hopefully a few new ones as well. 

Along with hiring the new full time staff members, Joshua Kerrigan will also be hiring a new full time Captain to join his Yacht Management Company. This is another instance of Joshua Kerrigan seeing the need to expand the employee roster in order to expand the clientele roster. With more captains and employees in general, Joshua Kerrigan can now handle more business at once, rather than have to schedule people on different days, possibly losing business.  Follow Joshua Kerrigan’s lead on this, and be sure to have the essential employee roster to maintain your much needed clientele roster.
