Keeping Up With Certifications with Joshua Kerrigan

In many fields of work and career paths we are required or recommended to complete certain courses to attain certifications. These certifications not only show that you are fully qualified to perform your job’s duties, but they also will increase your chances of employment. Joshua Kerrigan knows how important these certifications are, seeing as he has his Emergency Medical Basic Certification, or EMT-B. Joshua Kerrigan knew that in his line of work that this certification would be necessary to perform the best possible way at his job.

Once you achieve the proper certifications that are required of you, the next important step is to keep up with the necessary re-certifications that will allow you to keep being officially certified at this skill. Joshua Kerrigan met the needs to gain the initial certification for the Emergency Basic Certification, and makes sure to complete the steps whenever they are required to become re-certified once the certification becomes expired. Joshua Kerrigan knows that in order to be seen as a professional and to run a professional company, this re-certification process is imperative.

Having an expired certification certificate is as good as an expired milk carton. It once was good and useable, but since expiring means nothing and can be thrown out. Joshua Kerrigan not only makes sure that he completes the re-certification, but he also makes sure that all the staff that needs to have this certification keeps on top of their re-certification periods as well. In order to run a professional business, this is a must. If something was to ever go wrong, and people find out that the staff does not have the proper certifications, this could mean the end to your business, and even law suits. Joshua Kerrigan sees how imperative having a proper certification is, and ultimately requires any necessary personnel to obtain one.
