Yacht
Management is expanding again. Joshua Kerrigan’s South
Florida luxury vessel management company just recently expanded
into a new marina for the 2013 season, adding additional slip space and
increasing their overall capacity to 250 boats, but that has proven to be not
nearly enough. Joshua Kerrigan says that those 250 slips were filled up in
September – the earliest that this has ever happened, even with the additional
capacity. With that in mind, Yacht Management is seeking to expand even further
while heading into the 2014 winter boating season. They are looking at
acquiring two additional marinas and increasing capacity still more. If current
trends are any indicator, however, Joshua Kerrigan and his company will still
be at capacity in no time.
The
expansion plans include the purchase of additional marina space at two new
marinas, bringing the total number of locations for Yacht Management’s
facilities to six, according to Joshua Kerrigan. Undoubtedly the company will
need to hire more workers to staff these new locations, resulting in an
increase in jobs for qualified people. The slip capacity will increase as well,
thou Joshua Kerrigan is not sure yet by just how much. Given how quickly their
slips filled up this season, it is unlikely that the new capacity will be
enough to satisfy the demand, but Joshua Kerrigan sees that as a good problem
to have.
Yacht
Management’s keys to success are its great service and its great employees,
says Joshua Kerrigan. As the owner and founder of the company Joshua Kerrigan
based its core values on his own: hard work, dedication, and a commitment to
seeing results through. This attitude has won Yacht Management the respect and
continued business of some of South Florida’s
biggest yachting enthusiasts, many of which have more than one vessel under
Joshua Kerrigan’s expert management.
