Joshua Kerrigan On Gaining New Hobbies



Whenever you might have found your career path in life, or have seemed to settle into your life’s patterns, it is always important to try to find a new hobby or interest. Joshua Kerrigan knows the importance of this.  Recently Joshua Kerrigan has picked up the hobby of “SUP,” which stands for Stand Up Paddle Boarding. Of course, this can only be done around places that have ready access to bodies of water, but that is not the point. The point is that Joshua Kerrigan realized he needed something new in his life, and went out and tried something new. Now, since trying to “SUP,” Joshua Kerrigan bought a new paddleboard, and tries to go out and do it three times a week.

Not only can new hobbies be a great stress relief from the constant repetition of everyday life, but they can also be a great source of needed exercise. Sitting in an office all day doesn’t necessarily suffice for the recommended exercise one needs to get everyday. With certain new hobbies, like Joshua Kerrigan’s new hobby “SUP,” you can get the exercise that you have been lacking, as well as a new adventure and escape from life’s repetitions.

Mental and physical well-being are what many of us strive for, and a new hobby could lead to you gaining, or re-gaining, both of these things. Joshua Kerrigan now stand up paddle boards three times a week and gets that exercise and excitement that he would not have gotten otherwise. Next time you feel like you are in a rut or are not getting any excitement out of your constant 9-5 shifts, take Joshua Kerrigan’s advice and go on the search for a new hobby. You never know if some small thing you find that you can enjoy in your free time will make a remarkable difference in your life.
